The 100% polyester lining provides added comfort, while the full-length interior storm flap blocks wind and rain. For versatility, it includes an adjustable, snap-removable rain hood that can be detached and stowed when not in use to maintain compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 standards.
